Once I maneuvered the bike outside, I realized that I was completely out of gas. Ran to the gas station, topped it off, and then tried to kick it over. That's when I realized I had left out one of my spacers between my motor pulley and stater.
Teardown will happen tomorrow. Hopefully that's it...
