We bullshitted in Walker for an hour or so about how our Dutch friends had survived the heat in Nevada and other tall tales before we geared up to head back over Sonora pass. But in usual Deathtraps fashion, just as we were gassed up and ready to go, Jason noticed a broken exhaust mount. Aaron tracked down a guy with a welder, next door to the gas station actually, and with some cash scrounged together, we were back on the road.
