Cut out a bunch of the crap steel that was welded in, and then started dishing in the neck and smoothing out what was left of the gussets. Next step will be some bondo and paint to match, stay tuned!

Panhead Frame Molding 101
Bought this frame a couple of years ago. Pretty fucked up when I got it. From the looks of it there was some customizing going on from the 60's with an arc welder and who knows what else.
Cut out a bunch of the crap steel that was welded in, and then started dishing in the neck and smoothing out what was left of the gussets. Next step will be some bondo and paint to match, stay tuned!
