Born Free

We headed south Friday morning towards cooks corner and the Show Class preparty. Road was good, bikes were good, and compared to yesterday, the weather was mild.

Southbound

Some people have no idea what 109F/43C feels like. I actually think, up until yesterday, the Euro crew was part of that group. Not anymore.

Another late night Wednesday, forced us to catch up on some desperately needed zzz's, but also put us on the road in the middle of the heat. As we left Sonora, temperatures were already climbing towards 100F/38C, and it was only going to get worse as we rode south. But like the true champs they are, both the Euro crew and the bikes, rode on through the miserable heat.

More Visitors!

The next wave of Euro travelers have arrived. Jimbo from Italia and the Gasstation House, and a bunch of the Chopper Kingz and friends from Brittany, France.

First things first: finish wrenching on the bikes we all have to ride to Born Free this week.

Vise Grip MC

As most of you know, Vise Grip MC is another badass motorcycle club, still killing it on mind-blowing choppers, based out of Austin Texas. What some of you might not know, is that some of their members were recently wrapped up in that huge bullshit down in Waco. All of their members were their supporting their club, but were arrested and charged under blanket laws which require no real evidence of individual crimes or actions. All of their brothers were released under bail, and strict terms, but this is only the beginning of the circus show for them.
