Death Valley Run Part 1

Fanch and Laura had dropped off their rental car and traded it in for some bikes here in sonora. After a quick test ride, we packed up the bikes and headed up and over Sonora Pass. A recent storm had
brought some snow, but now enough to keep the pass closed for our trip up and over.

Came around the last corner of the pass on the east side, and saw these three C-130's dropping off parachuters. Pretty fucking cool

Bon Voyage Marco!

Marco's plane was almost air born at the same time as the plane that took Jonathan, Wolf and Brian back to California. He's here to enjoy the open road on one of the loaner bikes from Wolf.
After a couple of days to relax and get into the correct time zone, he was off. Jonathan was able to ride with him for part of the way over Sonora Pass.

So some of the Deathtraps have been to this a couple times in previous years when it was held at an oyster farm, on a secret bay. This year they changed the location and looked like it has doubled in size too. Wish we could've made this one, maybe next year!
