Bike Progress

Slowly have been working on the new project. Tore the entire thing down, thankfully, and found a couple surprises inside the cam cover. 

Frame was next: Started to cut off old tabs and get frame ready for a little molding and clean up.

No thanks

Up at Pats Machine Shop. 

Hmmm, broken tappet and the generator gear also broke in half. Somehow it got lodged inside the cam cover and didn't hit a single gear when we had it running. 

New pistons are next, along with a good cleaning of the cases and frame. We'll see if I can get it done by October...
